Vimina Order Alerts

Vimina Restaurant OS answers restaurants' phones with an AI assistant that takes pickup and delivery orders. Vimina Order Alerts are the transactional texts that go with those orders. They never contain advertising or promotions.

Restaurant staff who opt in get one text for each new, changed, or cancelled phone order, so the kitchen can prepare it, plus an occasional alert when an order needs a person. Each text carries the order and a link to it in the restaurant's dashboard. Replying STOP to any of them stops all of them.

In the restaurant's Vimina dashboard (restaurantos.vimina.ai), a team member opens their profile, adds their mobile number, and turns on Text me new orders. The switch is off until they turn it on, and the consent wording sits directly under it:

Mobile phone numbers are collected for SMS notifications only and are not shared with or sold to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

A restaurant can also choose to have Vimina text a caller one confirmation of the order they placed. The caller is texted only after saying yes when the phone assistant asks:

“Would you like a text confirmation of this order at the number you're calling from? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out.”
